Temps slowly bounce back from sub-freezing cold. Tuesday will be another cold day after the weekend snowstorm. Highs tomorrow will be in the 30s across Minnesota. Temps will slowly ramp up for the rest of this week. We’ll get our springy weather back by the weekend, when highs will reach around the 60s in the Twin Cities. COVID-19 in Minnesota today: Critical testing shortage persists due to “broken system across the country,” Walz says. During his briefing today, the governor said Minnesota needs 40,000 testing kits a week, while the total number of tests conducted in the state so far is still under 39,000.
