Voornaam, The 2022 elections in Oregon could make or break our Democratic majorities in Oregon and in Congress. We need to re-elect Senator Ron Wyden, our great Democratic Congressional Delegation, and elect a Democrat to Oregon's new Sixth Congressional District. What's more, we need to elect a Democrat to our open seat Governor's race, re-elect Labor Commissioner Val Hoyle, and keep our majorities in the Oregon House and Senate. National Republicans are looking at Oregon in hopes of flipping our current Democratic seats and taking back the U.S. House and Senate. But we're going to do everything in our power to make sure that doesn't happen, and that starts with your support right now.
We're gearing up to run the critical organizing, training, voter protection, and get-out-the-vote programs that Democrats running for office are counting on. Your support now helps us expand our get-out-the-vote grassroots programs, like our Neighborhood Leader Program, and push for and support Democratic efforts to uphold our democracy, expand voting rights, make health care more affordable and accessible, tackle the climate crisis, and ensure civil rights for all Americans. Your early support is what allows Democrats to win! In 2020, Oregon Democrats won because we had a roadmap to victory and laid the foundations early. Winning in 2022 means we organize in every ZIP code, we organize at every level, and we expand our plans for victory today, not in six months or a year from now. Every single race in Oregon will be critical to keeping Democrats in the majority. Last year, Congressman Peter DeFazio faced his toughest race yet. Oregon Democrats leaned in and Congressman DeFazio beat his right-wing opponent. But he's already on the national GOP Target list for 2022, and his 2020 Republican opponent has announced he's running again. Next year's elections won't be easy, but we know that so much is possible with your support. Your contributions allow us to hire staff and do the grassroots organizing it takes to elect more Democrats who will continue to stand up for what's right and fair and fight for you, your family, and our democracy. If you're able, please donate to the Democratic Party of Oregon today.
Thanks for all you do! Brad Martin
