All hands on deck: The NCAA Final Four man's basketball tournament coming to town and bringing nearly 100,000 fans with it, and the manpower-strapped NOPD is looking for some reinforcements. The Louisiana State Police will send 25 troopers to assist, while the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is also considering loaning deputies and other resources.
