Rescued Puppy Mill Dog Is Reluctant to Poop
I recently adopted a male 5 year old Pom/Corgi mix, Owen, who was rescued from a puppy mill. Owen was rescued 8 months ago and has been in a foster home. He is very sweet, but has some issues around pooping. He only poops on a hard surface (like the street or sidewalk) while being walked on a leash.
