MarketingPlatform gets a new look and feel
When you log into MarketingPlatform tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 1st, you will not be able to miss that we have rolled out a complete refresh of the look and feel of our platform. This refresh is just the first step in what will be an ongoing process of User Experience (UX) upgrades designed to improve, enhance and enrich your experience in using our platform.

For us, it is critically important that the time you devote to being creative within our platform is both as enjoyable and intuitive as possible. We’ve therefore spent a good deal of time taking on board your feedback and seeing how we can turn those ideas into a reality for you as a user of our platform. 

The initial results of this can be seen in this first release, and will continue with our rolling programme of UX improvements.

Amongst the improvements you will notice are; 

- a completely reworked and informative login page, 
- important notifications about the status of your account, 
- easy access to Customer Service chat functionality, function-specific links to our Wiki and in-platform Video guides to help you on each section of the platform, and, 
- a wider variety of more detailed function descriptions to help you every step of the way.  
We will be hosting a webinar on Thursday 3rd Sept. at 1000 to give you a walkthrough of the rebranded and facelifted platform, and we will be sending out invitations to that very shortly.
