In the world of form and duality, so many things are trying to knock us off our center, which makes it challenging to maintain our equilibrium. In this talk, Kim shares that by being grounded within the body we can keep our center. The simple practice of breathing and bringing our focus to our bodies can immediately create a sense of balance within our being.
QUESTION:
Where do we draw the line between taking care of ourselves and vanity?
Eckhart defines "vanity" as excessive attachment to form, explaining that the ego looks for something to attach to—for example, good looks, a family name, or wealth. As Presence arises, our identification with these aspects will naturally fall away.
