Dave & Busters, which has only one location in Louisiana, is apparently interestd in opening a Lafayette location. The Coppell, Texas-based company filed a permit for property at 201 Spring Farm Road last week with Lafayette Consolidated Government, online records show. It could be the first of several developments on the propety between Costco and Our Lady of Lourdes, a source told me last week. You can read the story here.
