A windfall for Lincoln Beach: Mayor LaToya Cantrell's administration has announced it has found $25 million to redevelop Lincoln Beach, a project that would bring life back to an important, historic gathering place for Black New Orleanians. The funding is nearly triple what the city had previously committed. Ben Myers has the story.
