Big day for Southern, LSU football teams
By KELLY P. KISSEL | Metro editor Bogalusa just elected a 23-year-old mayor. The mayor-to-be worked for a Missouri congressmen before returning to Washington Parish to help out in his hometown. We take a look at his plans for the eastern Louisiana city. Black Friday can still pack the malls. Sometimes it's just a tradition that brings out holiday shoppers, and sometimes it's the deals.
