This iteration has got the specs of the original, plus: ergonomic looped zippers (as well as improved zippers for a smoother pull); vented holes along the bottom compartment;
The specs and compartment configuration on this bag are on point. . . The main compartment is roomy enough for multiple Gis, with a divider so you can section off your gear if needed (Gi/Nogi, BJJ/striking, etc). The elastic edge built into the top closure allows you to stretch the top in case you've stuffed the bag to the gills. Moisture-wicking interior fabric includes a drawstring for added security in case your bag is turned upside down or thrown. Adjustable clasp buckles to accommodate any amount of gear.
Shoulder straps and back are covered with aerated mesh padding to add that comfort and breathability you'll need on stuffy subway rides or bike rides. Elastic buckle strap across the chest for stability on bumpy rides/runs. The straps are vertically adjustable to accommodate varying heights, the sliding strap of which can be used as a thumb-strap when wearing the bag over one shoulder.
