Good Sunday morning from Southern California! We had record heat the last few days so it certainly doesn't feel like spring except for the fact that it's the first week of Major League Baseball! Speaking of which, here's how to get MLB.tv for free.

San Diego
This week, my family and I traveled to San Diego to check out the new Sesame Place. We stayed at a great family-friendly, affordable hotel and went strawberry picking on the way home. I've been warning for months that the time to buy your tickets is now. Well, if you haven't bought your plane tickets yet then you may have missed the boat (or plane). Airfares have officially skyrocketed and they're going to continue to climb until mid-August or September thanks to strong demand, lack of staff and reduced routes. More customers and fewer seats equal high ticket prices. It's all about supply and demand. Just look up airfares between L.A. and New York. They were $200 R/T three months ago and now they're over $500. Yikes! But there are still some ways to find deals. Here are 10 ways to find cheap flights this summer.
