One of the fastest learners and action takers I’ve ever coached is Danish dynamo, Frank Den Blanken.

Frank took his fitness business from $10k/month to $300k/month in just one year by rapidly implementing everything I taught him.

Even when flying all the way from the Netherlands to attend my events…

Frank would often get a new idea or strategy from a presentation…

And immediately start implementing it from his phone or laptop — sometimes before the presentation was even over.

In addition to his fast action taking…

One of the biggest reasons for Frank’s success is that he’s always looking for ways to improve and become more productive.

That’s why Frank loved it when I introduced him to “singularity days”.

This is essentially where you spend an entire work day focused on just one specific type of task and completing a large volume of it.

The reason this is so effective is because it allows you to cut down on transition time (switching between different task types)...

And simply devote all your mental bandwidth to a single project or activity.

Instead of jumping from sales calls, to meetings, to answering a slew of emails…

You might sit down for a few solid hours to design a new product…

Or knock out an entire sales script.

To give you a better idea how to apply the concept of singularity days…

Below is a list of suggestions I gave Frank for how he might use them in his business.

You could divide your days into:

1. Meeting days (one day for all meetings which gives you more thinking time and work blocks on other days)

2. Days devoted to different businesses... so one day (or half day) where you focus on all non-fitness businesses

3. Filming days... nothing but videos ... but then no filming the rest of the week... or maybe for two weeks

4. Writing days... or half days... where you do nothing but write

5. Course creation days... devoted entirely to blocks of course creation so you get more work done without task switching or interrupting

6. Thinking days (or as Danette May once called them in a Mastermind presentation, “soul days”)

7. Self-care half-days... where you set aside an afternoon for extra recovery (massage, nap, cryotherapy, sauna, etc.)

Like I said…

The 7 ideas above were specific suggestions for Frank.

But I bet at least 2 or 3 of them could also make sense for you.

What other ideas can you come up with?

If your whole week was made up of singularity days (or half days), what might that look like?

I challenge you to give this a try.

You’ll probably have to make a few initial adjustments to figure out what works best.

But once you get things cooking with singularity days…

You’ll be amazed by how much more you start to accomplish.
