Heat and humidity return as the stalled boundary lifts back north of the region. The day will start off overcast and damp with skies brightening during the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the low 80s, but it will feel hotter with the humidity. A few thunderstorms may develop during the late afternoon and evening hours, as the warm front lifts north. Pockets of heavy rain could lead to isolated flooding. WEDNESDAY:
