A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11 a.m. for wind chills on either side of zero degrees. Have the sunglasses with the bright sun reflecting off the snow. Clouds will increase late in the day, but no precipitation is expected.

THURSDAY: COLD ALERT IN THE MORNING Partly Cloudy Highs: 32-37 Winds: Southwest 5-10 mph After a frigid morning in the single digits and teens, temperatures will finally climb above the freezing mark during the afternoon. It will still be colder than average (average high for this time of year is 45), but at least temperatures are moving in the right direction.
