Clouds will increase overnight ahead of our next weather maker. This will keep temperatures from dropping as cold as they have as of late.

A complex weathermaker will keep most of the DMV on the milder side with some widely separated early day showers.  

SUNDAY:

As colder air will filters across the Mid-Atlantic, enough moisture may be in place to bring scattered snow showers. Latest trends point to the possibility of 1-3" of snow, but some uncertainty remains.
