First Alert Weather continues to track a winter weather maker that may clip some of the DMV. Forecast trends are now consistently favoring the southern track, low impact snow inside the beltway. The best shot for accumulating snow this round will be for parts of southern Maryland and the northern neck of Virginia where alerts have been hoisted. 1 to 2 inches of snow are possible.
