Plan for wet pavement and patchy areas of fog. FRIDAY: Areas of Rain, Occasionally Heavy Highs: 50s Winds: East Southeast 5-15, Gusts 25 mph Friday will be a soaker with on and of areas of moderate to heavy rain. Rainfall totals by early Saturday morning could be in the 1-2-inch range, with some neighborhoods seeing slightly more. Temperatures remain cooler than average with highs in the 50s and a breezy easterly wind.
