Well, Friend... here we are.

The first half of 2025 is gone.

We blinked, it’s over. Just like that.

Are you on track to reach your business goals this year?

Or have you fallen behind?

Whether business has hit a slump…

OR you’re on pace and just want to shatter your targets…

These 7 questions will give you the clarity and new ideas to turbocharge your sales so you can hit your big goals in the second half of 2025.

7 Questions to Boost Sales Fast

Ok, there’s actually more than 7 questions…

It’s more like 7 main areas with multiple subquestions.

But taking the time to review and reflect on these is virtually guaranteed to pay massive dividends.

I highly recommend sitting down with your sales & marketing (materials and / or people) to get clarity on these 7 things:

1. What does YOUR ideal business look like?

- What do you want your days to look like?

- Do you want to be remote or have an office?

- What kind of, and size of, team do you want to build?

- Do you want to sell the business in the future or just generate fast cash for now?

2. Who is your ideal customer?

- Can they afford to buy?

- Will they buy again (and how long before they’re likely to do so)?

- Can they buy at higher prices?

- What is the Prospect’s Pain you are solving?

- How much work / time will it take for their desired result?

- Will they refer / help spread the word (share us in media / on stages)?

- What does your Marketing Intelligence tell you about them? (objections, biases, habits, behaviors, etc. -- things that show up in sales conversations, client feedback, product reviews, customer surveys, sales data, etc.)

3. How will you position yourself in the market?

“You do not merely want to be considered just the best of the best, you want to be considered the only ones who do what you do."Jerry Garcia

- What makes you different?

- What are all the things you CAN do?

- What are the things you shouldn’t do?

- Where can you be the BEST in the world?

- Where should you NOT try to be the best?

- What market should you enter?

- What market should you exit?

4. What is the “Job to Be Done” of your product or program?

- What are the 2-3 outcomes your best clients / customers would pay $10,000… or $100,000 to achieve?

- What would your product have to look like if you tried to charge 10X the price?

5. What is the right offer for your best clients?

- What program / product naturally leads customers to stay / continue buying for an additional 12 to 24 months?

- What offers are working now or have been working?

- What are the most common objections to joining / buying

6. How can you validate your offer quickly?

- Can you run FB ads or an email marketing campaign to gauge buying interest?

- How do you attract your avatar and get in front of audience

7. What does your product or service look like?

- What’s the price point?

- What are your deliverables?

- Expenses?

- Margin?

- Do you or can you offer a guarantee?

- ^^ What can you do with these factors to either…

a) Make your product more sellable?

b) Make each sale more profitable?

=======

Let’s leave it there for now.

The above questions are by no means exhaustive…

Nor will they all be completely necessary for every business.

However, they do serve as an excellent guideline.

I encourage you to take this email, print it out or copy paste it into a google document…

And use it as a checklist you run through any time business seems slow or sales are lagging.

Happy Selling!

Craig
