500 Rockets Fired at Israel

I write to you amidst a terrifying escalation in violence. Since Tuesday, over 500 rockets have been launched from the Gaza Strip towards Israel. Our country is under siege, with each passing hour bringing more danger and uncertainty.

The situation worsened dramatically with the targeted elimination of Islamic Jihad rocket commander, Ali Ghali, leading to a renewed barrage of rockets. Ghali, a central figure in the organization, was deeply involved in the recent attacks during Operation Shield and Arrow. His loss has sparked a fresh wave of aggression, pushing us deeper into conflict.

Our ZAKA Tel Aviv volunteers stand on the front lines of this crisis. They are our first responders, working under the constant threat of attack to offer aid and comfort to those affected. Their commitment to preserving life in these times of profound challenge is truly heroic.

Yet, the resources needed for our lifesaving work are stretched to their limit. This is why I am reaching out to you today, in this desperate hour. We urgently need your help. Your generous contribution will directly equip our volunteers with the resources they need to continue their vital work.
