You need to share stories, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the benefits of your product or service…
And show real, amazing results that real people got from using it.
One of the BEST ways to do this is the “Hero’s Journey” success story…
And one of the best marketing assets you can have, is a library full of success stories from your top clients or customers.
In my business we have multiple Google documents full of these stories (one of them is over 80 pages long)
So today I want to share some powerful questions we use in our business, which you can steal and adapt to start building your own library of success stories from happy customers.
This simple framework takes them through their Hero’s Journey story arc…
And creates raw, emotional, and highly effective social proof that makes it easier for you to sell.
These “journey” stories are a big part of why movies like Harry Potter and The Hunger Games are so popular…
And why the Beachbody infomercials, and Body For Life book were game-changers for those businesses.
Alright, let’s get into…
5 Questions to Ask Your Clients for Killer Testimonials. 1) What were you struggling with before starting the course / program / buying this product?
2) What were you skeptical of before investing? (What held you back from taking action sooner?)
3) What was your first BIG breakthrough from the program / first impression using the product? (Show quick wins!)
4) What have been your specific results from the program / product? (This is the MONEY Q.)
5) Who would you recommend this program / product for? (Again, have them be specific.) ^^ Steal these questions and send them to your top customers ASAP.
Have them answer on video, via email, or even through DM’s or text messages — it doesn’t matter.
Just get their answers because they’ll become a virtual gold mine for your business...
And you’ll have social proof you can use for life.
