| Looking for Monoline Assault & Battery for Apartment Complex in Georgia. by kris.h on Thu Jul 15, 2021 PM called me as they are trying to force place insurance on a few of the townhomes who will not or cannot provide evidence of insurance to the assoication. My thought is that while the association does have an interest in the units, it is not an interest that can take out insurance on behalf of a unit owner. Am I wrong????? I am an agent in South Carolina.My husband is starting a "mobile" tractor and farm equipment service company. Basically he goes to a farmers shop or field and repairs, services, does maintenance, etc on farm equipment. The farmers require at least $1million in liability coverage and the farm equipment can range from $25,000 to $800,000. Please advise if you offer a service for this.
