I like bacon and eggs, but I like to change them up a bit. These three recipes deliver for breakfast--or for a quick lunch or dinner Recipe idea #1. This is a lazy man's or a hurried mom's answer to a breakfast pizza. It's bacon and scrambled eggs on toasted English muffins served with hash browns.
Recipe idea #2.Pile your scrambled eggs and bacon onto a just-out-of-the-oven buttermilk biscuit. I like a little mayonnaise or butter on my biscuits. A slice of cheese on a biscuit that's hot enough that the cheese is partially melted is great.
Recipe idea #3The billboard image at the top, that's a breakfast pizza. They're not hard. If you make one with a crust, it'll be ready in about 20 minutes.
