March is Women’s History Month. I’m glad for that, but not the reasons behind it: The need to be reminded to include the 50% of the population that has been pushed aside in the retelling of human experience. Fortunately, that is getting harder and harder to do. Today we have a profile of contributor Katie Robbert, someone a lot of people have tried and failed to push aside. They tried telling her to stay in her lane and wait her turn even though she was at the very least as good as they were at their jobs. Talent is talent, you use it or you lose it. All those people lost it. Hope I get to see you all at The MarTech Conference, which kicks off today. Go here if you haven’t registered yet. Constantine von Hoffman, Managing Editor |
