3 Ways To Be Fit When Summer Hits

Join us on Sunday, May 6 at 7 am at Jaycee Park for the Deer Dash! This event is designed for both beginning and experienced runners with the option to participate in a 10K race, 5K race or a 1 mile family fun run. There is enough to challenge competitors at all levels. The Deer Dash will help you sharpen your competitive skills in running and get in shape for other area events. Maintain your fitness when summer begins by participating in the Tinman Triathlon! This event is on Saturday, June 2 at 7 am at Deerspring Park and is designed for both the experienced triathlete and the beginning participant. The 300-meter swim will consist of 6 lengths in a 50 meter pool. After the swim is the 6-mile bike portion of the race. The final stage is a 3-mile run. This race benefits Coho Swim Club.
