The convention is slated to feature celebrity panels, performances, and activations surrounding the network’s series. The 400-foot-tall Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is part of a $2.2 billion expansion of two Florida Hard Rock properties, the other opening in Tampa. CNN: “The musical element is an enormous part of what defines the Hard Rock hotels, restaurants, and entertainment properties around the world. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood will be no exception. PANDORA DEBUTS INTERACTIVE MURAL TO CELEBRATE SUMMER PLAYLISTS: Music streaming platform Pandora has unveiled an interactive mural of musician DJ Khaled as part of its new Sound On campaign to promote its summer playlists. The mural, located in New York’s Lower East Side, was painted by street artist Lexi Bella. It includes a QR code that visitors can scan for an audiovisual experience. Adweek: “The company also created a longer 41-song playlist of what it thinks will be the top hits. Predictions were made using a combination of data science and its own in-house curation team, according to Brad Minor, Pandora’s VP of brand marketing. … Pandora also plans on having a presence at a number of spring and summer music festivals, including Hangout Fest, Electric Forest, Firefly Music Festival, Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival, CMA Fest, and WorldPride.” |
