Global event and trade show producer Clarion Events has partnered with Consero Group, a Maryland-based provider of invitation-only programs that specializes in intimate in-person and virtual events and boardroom-style roundtables for senior corporate executives. The new partnership will help fuel Clarion’s focus on meeting-based programs; it follows a previous partnership with Quartz Events that is focused on the one-to-one meeting business. NEW YORK: Catering, event and hospitality company Great Performances has named Andrew Smith, the former executive chef of Riverpark, as its new culinary director.
