Dear John Happy 2021! At the start of the New Year it's tempting to project ourselves into the future - dreaming of how much better things will be once we finally change this or that. And while setting goals can be inspiring, it can also imply that things aren't good enough just as they are. So this year let's do things a little differently. Instead of entering 2021 with the wish to change ourselves, we’d like to invite you to tap into the idea that everything you want and need is already here. We bring you yoga and meditation classes to help support this in our new 3 week Powerfully Present program starting today. By being powerfully present – learning to be with ‘what is’ and showing up wholly, for ourselves and others - we cultivate our inner strength, the courage of our very core. With this comes self-confidence, compassion, determination, patience, tolerance, enthusiasm – essentials for living and loving to the fullest! To a hopeFULL new year! Love, Esther and the team. |
