I hope you and your family are doing well. 🙏

I’m fortunate enough to find things returning to normal here and am thankful to once again be able to focus on what I usually worry about this time of year: growing tomatoes. 🍅🥰 I have a friendly competition with my friend and am on track to have my best harvest yet! 😎

Our 1Password gardeners have also been busy. I’d love to give you a tour of what they’ve been growing. 🌱

I couldn’t resist starting with this exciting news: 1Password was an Apple Design Award finalist this year! 🤩

Apple highlighted us along with 5 other amazing apps for our design and attention to inclusiveness. It was an incredible honour to be recognized by Apple and chosen for such a prestigious award.

We couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for all your support and encouragement over the last 15 years to help us nurture and grow 1Password!🤗🌱🌲

We also have some great news over on the Linux side of the garden, too! 1Password for Linux has been officially released! 🎉

This release brings with it a gorgeous new design, some great new features, and incredible performance. Check out my announcement post for all the details and some great screenshots I couldn’t fit in this newsletter.

Welcoming Linux to the 1Password Family

I’m really proud how this release turned out and am looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences with our latest addition to the 1Password family.

We’ve been preparing the soil in our Windows garden for many years now and I’m super excited to announce that 1Password 8 will be launched later this year! 🥳


1Password 8 includes a gorgeous new design, a more powerful and intuitive web browser experience, and many new delights to help you get your work done faster than ever.

We wanted you to join in on the fun as soon as possible so we opened up an early access so you could jump right in. Check out the announcement post for all the details and a ton of screenshots:

This time around it was Windows’ moment to shine and in the next update I’ll share all the details on 1Password 8 for Mac and how to join the early access.
