GLOBAL: Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya, a luxury resort located in a private complex along the Caribbean coastline in Riviera Maya, Mexico, has debuted its newest signature resort experiences in collaboration with award-winning mezcal producer Ojo de Tigre. The partnership offers guests an array of amenities, including the debut of the exclusive Ojo de Tigre suite; a Casa Amate x Ojo de Tigre five-course tasting dinner; an agave ritual; an immersive, personalized session with Fernanda Montiel, the resort’s resident shaman; a mixology master class; a sunset boat tour; and more. LAS VEGAS: Temptation Sundays presented by bubly at Luxor Hotel and Casino will take place every Sunday from noon-6 p.m. through Sept. 3. Host Eduardo Cordova invites guests to celebrate Pride Month and beyond at the Strip’s hottest all-inclusive pool party, open to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Temptation Sundays will offer a wide range of activations, including many different DJ performances; beverages from brands like Absolut, Grey Goose, and Ketel One Botanicals; and more. NEW YORK: InterContinental New York Barclay has launched a collaboration with Veuve Clicquot with the brand-new Veuve Clicquot Terrace with special penthouse, dining, and event inclusions. The 1,300-square-foot terrace offers views of the Chrysler Building, making it an ideal space for both social and corporate events. Included in the partnership is the 2,700-square-foot Harold S. Vanderbilt Penthouse that features floor-to-ceiling windows and ample space for guests. Guests can enjoy pops of Veuve’s signature yellow on the terrace, and while dining in the Barclay’s intimate restaurant hideaway, The Parlour. PITTSBURGH: Crown Point Enterprises, the parent company of three Pittsburgh-based event companies, announced its new women-led leadership roles within its triad of sister companies. Cindy Scott will assume the role of managing director for Crown Point Enterprises, Beth Rieder has been appointed as general manager, and Kristin Summers has been appointed as sales manager at All Occasions Party Rental, the flagship brand of companies. WICHITA, KAN.: ASM Global has appointed 30-year industry authority John Hale as general manager of Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center.
