Hey Friend,

Today I want to share some potentially life changing advice on peak performance and productivity…

In another guest article from our Head Coach Daniel Woodrum:

How to Compound Success in Every Area of Your Life

 - By Daniel Woodrum

Almost everyone knows about compound interest when it comes to investing.

But “compounding” doesn’t just apply to your IRA, 401k, or blue chip stocks.

You can also leverage the amazing power of compounding for exponentially better results in your health, energy, business, and relationships…

With a simple 15-minute success hack that 99% of people overlook.

When you apply this strategy consistently over 30 days, 16 weeks, 12 months or beyond…

You’ll see small, seemingly insignificant actions compound into huge rewards.

I’ve used this method to improve almost every area of my life and I know it can help you too.

Here’s a few easy ways to make it work for you:

1) 15 Minute Daily Walk

You can burn around 60 calories on a 15 minute brisk walk.

That's 420 extra calories burned per week.

Multiply that by 52 weeks and you've burned an extra 24,810 calories for the entire year.

Doing some simple math…

If you changed nothing else, that would allow you to lose an extra 6.2 pounds of fat in 1 year simply by walking 15 minutes every day.

Not to mention the million other benefits of walking…

Like improved cardiovascular health, better cognitive function, better mood, greater creativity, and more.

2) 15 Minutes Earlier to Bed

If you simply went to bed 15 minutes earlier each night…

That's 105 minutes of extra sleep per week.

That comes out to 5,460 total extra minutes…

Or 91 extra hours of sleep per year.

If you wake up and go hard all day every day…

How much better do you think your body (and brain!) would feel with that extra rest?

3) 15 Minute Daily Family Time “Book Ends”

If you were to spend an extra 15 minutes with your family in the morning…

And an extra 15 minutes with them in the evening…

That's 3.5 more hours per week with your family.

Which comes out to an extra 182 hours of family time per year.

And if you’re thinking 15 minutes is inconsequential — don’t.

If you have kids, I’m sure you can attest to how much they love a quick round of tag, squirt gun fight, or game of catch.

It’s the little things that count.

15 minutes of cuddling on the couch with your partner, or of reading a book to your child, can be something they’ll remember forever.

Imagine all the amazing memories you could create with an extra 182 hours of family time each year.

4) 15 Minutes Creating / Producing Time

When it comes to things like:

- Writing a book

- Creating a reporting spreadsheet

- Writing a sales script

- Building a new product or business system

- Writing a sales email

… it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer size of the task.

But as the old adage goes…

“To eat an elephant, you must eat it one bite at a time.”

Same idea goes for any creative project.

For example, if you wrote (typed without stopping) for 15 minutes every single day…

That's about 1500 words per day. 10,500 words per week. And 546,000 words written in an entire year.

An average book has about 90,000 words in it.

So that's around 6 books you could write in a year theoretically.

Of course, you’d need to add in time for editing after.

And everybody writes at a different pace.

But whatever speed you work at…

Hopefully you’re starting to see the raw power of the compound effect…

And how small, consistent, actions can accomplish HUGE results over time.

Now over to you…

Where could you apply this 15-minute success compounding formula to create massive impact in your life?

It doesn’t have to be any of the things I mentioned above…

Those are just a few examples I’m giving you as starting points.

Would you make time to improve your sales skills?

Very wise words indeed, Daniel!

Craig here again.

Re. #4 and the 15 minutes of writing / creating time…

I really have written entire books like this (and articles, blogs, email launches, etc.).

I used to call it working in the “slivers of time”.

Not only would I dedicate at least 15 minutes to writing each morning…

But every time I found myself standing in line for something…

Or waiting to catch a flight / see a doctor / or for a meeting to start…

I would whip out my phone or laptop and start typing away on whatever my top priority was at the time.

In fact…

Both Daniel and I relied heavily on this strategy to produce our latest bestselling book, The Dark Side of Discipline.

So if you happened to have read the book already…

That means you personally bought and consumed a product of the 15-minute compounding method.

That alone should be evidence enough it’s worth a try ;)

Success Loves Speed,

Craig
