In traveling with my children, I noticed everything always was easier and better if Grandpa was going. It was like bringing a living breathing toy along. He always had 3x5 index cards in his pocket and an extra pen so when the children got fidgety, he would say "Draw grampa a picture and I'll give you a piece of candy" which he had stored in his pocket.
Use Pipe Cleaners to Attach Label Tags

I found butterfly cut-outs that I loved and laminated them. I then punched a hole in the center at the top of each. To attach the butterflies, I stuck the pipe cleaners through the holes and the middle slot of each drawer. With a quick twist, they were on! I just tucked the pipe cleaner that was sticking up behind the butterflies.

I have a lot of eggplant in my garden, so I am looking for various ways to prepare it. This was served as a side dish in the recipe, but I served it as a meatless main dish over brown rice.

This is a super cheap and fun way to make spooky looking candles for Halloween. All you need is some cardboard tubes from toilet paper, hot glue, paint, and battery operated votives. You can paint them any colour you'd like. I went with black for a Black and White ball I am hosting.

We recently bought some furniture at Ikea and used the broken down boxes to protect our floor while we assembled the furniture. When we were done our daughter decided to make her baby brother a play mat to drive his cars on.
