There might be a better biz/life book published yet this year, but Nov 1 marketing genius Joe Polish releases his seminal book What's in It for Them? 9 Genius Networking Principles to Get What You Want by Helping Others Get What They Want. It’s the first modern (and enjoyable to read) update to How to Win Friends and Influence People since that book was published in 1936. 4-Day Work Week – All 70 Firms Sticking with It 
This BBC article notes:

More than 70 firms are taking part in the scheme where employees get 100% pay for 80% of their normal hours worked. At the halfway point in a six-month trial, data shows that productivity has been maintained or improved at the majority of firms.”

Please take 2-minutes to read the details. In short, easier if you have enough people in various functions to cover for each other – and let the employees figure out how to structure work and coverage (who covers for who on the day off, if someone is ill, etc.).
